There is a TextInput_zh.bundle in /System/Library/TextInput/ of device SDK. So that, I doubt this release of beta firmware will bring us OFFICIAL Chinese input method.

It seems this bundle support both Simplified and Traditional Chinese pinyin input and handwriting input.
