TMemo is just an encapsulation of the (multiline) edit control in
Windows. Under Win95 and Win98 these are restricted to 64k. Under WinNT
they're not. You can use a TRichEdit instead, with PlainText set to true.
This is not restricted in any of the OSes mentioned.
